Attorney Lana M. Jamrosyk is committed to helping you with your legal needs. Ms. Jamrosyk focuses primarily on probate and family court matters. Ms. Jamrosyk is also a Certified Civil Court Mediator. Ms. Jamrosyk serves clients in Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, and Dorchester Counties.

Ms. Jamrosyk was raised in New York and Florida, and relocated to Charleston in 2006. She received her Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. While in law school Ms. Jamrosyk founded the Estate Planning Society and served as its President. She was also involved in numerous other student organizations including the Real Estate Society and Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. While in law school Ms. Jamrosyk clerked for the Honorable James B. Gosnell Jr. and also served as Research Assistant to Associate Dean Margret Lawton, drafting select chapters for South Carolina Crimes: Elements and Defenses. Other past experience includes clerking for Kuhn & Kuhn, the Center for Heirs' Property Preservation, as well as production assistant for The Law with Professor Lori, a Comcast C2 TV Show.

Attorney Cassandra L. Hutchens

As an attorney with the Jamrosyk Law Firm, Ms. Hutchens focuses primarily on probate and family court matters. She also represents clients in the areas of criminal law, personal injury and workers’ compensation. Ms. Hutchens serves clients in Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester, Lexington and Richland counties.

Ms. Hutchens was born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina and relocated to Charleston in 2010. She graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College, earning a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology, with a minor in History. She received her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2013. In law school, she served as president of Women in Law and was the recipient of the Charleston School of Law’s National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award and the Women in Law Justice Kaye G. Hearn Scholarship Fund. Ms. Hutchens is dedicated to serving her community, volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem for children in abuse and neglect cases and as a Juvenile Arbitrator with the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
